- Assistant Wine maker, Bethel Heights Vineyard, 2000-2005. With wine maker Terry Casteel, responsible for all aspects wine production. Duties include chemical analysis, fermentation oversight, barrel management, bottling, inventory control, equipment maintenance. In charge of all winery operations during harvest including the management of a crush crew of eight employees.
