Robert Kowal

Robert A. Kowal is a New York Uni­ver­sity grad­u­ate hold­ing a B.F.A. degree in Film & Tele­vi­sion with two decades expe­ri­ence in both cre­ative and tech­ni­cal roles. His pro­duc­tion cred­its include direc­tor, pro­ducer, writer, story edi­tor, and post-production coordinator.

Robert spent 2006 in Ice­land work­ing on the children’s tele­vi­sion series Lazy­Town.

Bounc­ing from film pro­duc­tion to wine pro­duc­tion, in 2008 he joined City Win­ery, a new urban win­ery in New York City for their inau­gural vin­tage as assis­tant wine­maker. He is now the wine­maker for City Win­ery Chicago.

He cur­rently resides in Chicago, Illi­nois, with his one wife, two cats, and six­teen vin­tage typewriters.
